When will a product be back in stock?
We do our best to keep our permanent collection in stock as much as possible. When we expect a product to be available again within 1–2 months, you can sign up for a stock notification on the product page.
Pre-orders are available once we have an indication of the expected availability date.
Please note that our permanent collection, including spice jars, storage jars, dispensers, and labels, generally remains part of our assortment, so you can reorder or replace products at a later time. Accessories and other products may change over time or be discontinued.
Can I place a pre-order?
Pre-orders are generally available for products that are coming back in stock and for which we have an indication of the expected availability date. If a product is available for pre-order, this will be stated on the product page.
If your order contains a pre-order, the entire order will be shipped once all products are in stock.
Are products discontinued?
Our permanent collection, including spice jars, storage jars, dispensers, and labels, generally remains part of our assortment, so you can reorder or replace products at a later time. Accessories and other products may change over time or be discontinued.
What size storage jar do I need?
This depends on what you want to store and how much space you have. On each product page, you’ll find the dimensions and capacity of the storage jar, so you can determine which size suits you best.
We recommend measuring your cabinet or drawer first and combining different sizes. Nuts, seeds, and other smaller ingredients, for example, usually require less space than pasta or rice.
How many spice jars and storage jars do I need?
This depends on how much you want to store and the size of your pantry. Start by making a list of what you want to organize and count how many jars you need for it.
We recommend ordering a few extra jars. This way, you’ll always have a jar on hand if you forget something or want to add something later.
Can I buy a single spice jar?
Yes. Our spice jars are also available individually. This makes it easy to add an extra jar or replace one whenever needed.
Can I buy the sprinkle lid for the Ohm Spice Jar separately?
Unfortunately, the sprinkle lid is not available separately. The Ohm Spice Jars come with a sprinkle lid that is only compatible with jars from the new batch. The thread has been modified to ensure that the jars remain fully airtight. Therefore, the new sprinkle lids are not compatible with Ohm Spice Jars from the previous batch.
Can I request a darker wooden lid?
Wood is a natural material, so the colour and shade may vary slightly from one product to another. This gives each product its own character, but it also means that we cannot guarantee that all wooden lids will have exactly the same colour.
Do the wooden products match?
Our wooden products are grouped according to their wood colour. For example, the Ohm jars pair well with the dark brown products from our Dark Wood Collection.
The same applies to our bamboo products and the products from our Light Wood Collection.
What are the dimensions of the spice jars when placed in the Dusan spice rack?
The Dusan spice rack measures 44 × 35 × 4.5 cm (L × W × H) and holds 20 spice jars in a 4 × 5 arrangement. An Ohm Spice Jar measures 6.5 × 6.5 × 9.5 cm.
The total height of the spice rack with the jar is approximately 10.5 cm. This height applies approximately to all jars when placed lying down in the spice rack.
We recommend allowing approximately 1–3 cm of extra space around the rack when measuring your drawer.
Are your labels waterproof?
Our labels are resistant to water, grease, and stains. You can clean them with a cloth or rinse them with water, and they are suitable for hand washing. The labels have a matte PVC finish with a protective plastic coating.
Can I customize a label within a set?
Unfortunately, individual labels within a standard set cannot currently be customized or exchanged. Our label sets are pre-printed to ensure consistent quality, durability, and resistance to water and stains.
We collect feedback from our customers each year about missing names within our sets, so suggestions are always welcome. Please note, however, that we cannot provide a timeframe for when customizable sets may become available.
Can I customize the labels?

Do you sell blank beige label sheets?
Unfortunately, we currently do not sell blank label sheets. Our label sheets are pre-printed with the designs shown on our website.
Which label size should I choose?
We recommend 5 × 5 cm labels for spice jars. This size is also suitable for small storage jars and small dispensers and fits all our products.
The 7 × 6 cm labels are suitable for medium, large, and extra-large storage jars, as well as medium dispensers.
How do I apply the labels without air bubbles?
Make sure the surface is completely clean and dry before applying the label. For round jars, we recommend slowly applying the label from one side towards the centre, rather than sticking the entire label onto the jar at once.
Also make sure that the label does not extend over the curved areas of the jar. This helps prevent air bubbles and keeps the label securely in place.
For the best result, we recommend applying the labels before filling the jars. Spices and other products can create fine, almost invisible dust, which may prevent the label from adhering properly.
How many days will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped every working day. The delivery time depends on the country your order is being shipped to. You can find an overview of the current delivery times on our shipping page.

The shipping costs depend on the country and the value of your order. You can find an overview of all current shipping costs on our shipping page.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to countries within Europe and the United Kingdom.
My order has not been delivered. What should I do?
Sometimes the carrier marks an order as delivered before it has actually arrived. We recommend waiting approximately 3 days, as the package may still be delivered during this period.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@osoehome.nl and let us know which incorrect product you received. We’ll help you as soon as possible.
How can I return my order?
You can register your return through our return portal. Please read our return policy carefully before registering your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. All returns are first carefully inspected before we process a refund. Therefore, the purchase amount is not refunded immediately after we receive your return.
After inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days using the same payment method you used to place the order.
