Article 1 – General
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with Osoe Home via www.osoehome.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.

Article 2 – Order processing
Orders are processed immediately after order confirmation. As a result, it is not possible to change the shipping address or order details once the order has been placed.
Orders placed after 23:00 CET, during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Article 3 – Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Osoe Home is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including carriers, customs or force majeure events.
A shipment marked as “delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully delivered.

Article 4 – Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
Article 5 – Delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Osoe Home is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Article 6 – Customs duties, import taxes and fees (UK orders)
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom (UK), the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
