    > Return in original, unused condition.

    > Good packaging required.
    > Return the product(s) in original product box(es).
    > Do not use product box itself, always use a master carton.

  • START RETURN

    > Click on this link to register your return.
    > Enter your order number and email address.
    > Indicate which items you want to return.
    > Choose which carrier you want to send your package through and pay the return costs.
    > Repack the items properly.
    > Do not use the product box itself for shipping.
    > Always use a shipping box (master carton).
    > You can now drop off your return at a parcel point.

  • REFUND

    Once we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming it and the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days. The amount of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for your order. If you have not received anything after 10 days, please send an email to hello@osoehome.nl.
