  • START RETURN

    > Click on this link to register your return.
    > Enter your order number and email address.
    > Indicate which items you want to return.
    > Choose which carrier you want to send your package through and pay the return costs.
    > Repack the items properly.
    > Do not use the product box itself for shipping.
    > Always use a shipping box (master carton).
    > You can now drop off your return at a parcel point.
    > Do you choose to ship yourself? Send the track and trace to hello@osoehome.nl. Without track and trace, we cannot process your return.

  • REFUND

    Once we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming it and the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days. The amount of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for your order. If you have not received anything after 5 days, please send an email to hello@osoehome.nl.
