General conditions
Artikel 1 – Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements via www.osoehome.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights applicable in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Turkey.
We recommend carefully reading and saving these terms.
Artikel 2 – Definitions

Website: www.osoehome.com and related subdomains
Customer: natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business
Agreement: any agreement between Osoe Home and the customer

Artikel 3 – Applicability
3.1 These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements.
3.2 Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Osoe Home.
3.3 In case of conflicting provisions, the provision most favorable to the consumer applies, insofar as legally permitted.
Artikel 4 – Prices
4.1 All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Osoe Home reserves the right to change prices.
4.3 In case of unforeseen cost increases, prices may be adjusted for orders not yet executed, insofar as legally permitted.
4.4 The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement in case of a price increase, unless it results from legal obligations.
Artikel 5 – Formation of the agreement
5.1 The agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and it is confirmed.
5.2 The customer receives a confirmation by email.
5.3 Osoe Home may refuse orders for justified reasons such as fraud, misuse, or technical errors.
5.4 All orders are subject to availability.
Artikel 6 – Delivery
6.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
6.2 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
6.3 Orders are processed immediately after confirmation; changes to address or order are no longer possible afterwards.
6.4 Risk transfers at the moment of delivery.
6.5 Osoe Home may supply an equivalent product if necessary; the customer may cancel in that case in accordance with the return policy.
Artikel 7 – Payment
7.1 Payment is made via the offered payment methods.
7.2 In case of late payment, a 14-day recovery period applies.
7.3 After that, statutory interest and collection costs may be charged, insofar as legally permitted.
Artikel 8 – Right of withdrawal (14 days)
8.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
8.2 Return costs are borne by the customer.
8.3 Products may only be handled as in a physical store.
8.4 Depreciation due to excessive use may be charged.
8.5 Withdrawal can be reported via hello@osoehome.nl.

8.7 Refunds are processed within 14 days after withdrawal, upon receipt or proof of shipment.
Artikel 9 – Return conditions
9.1 Products must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
9.2 Returns must be sent in original product packaging.
9.3 Where reasonably possible, returns must be shipped in the original master carton.
9.4 Using product packaging as shipping packaging is not allowed.
9.5 Non-compliance may result in depreciation, insofar as legally permitted.
Artikel 10 – Warranty and conformity
10.1 Products comply with the agreement and legal conformity requirements.
10.2 Warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.
10.3 Warranty expires in case of misuse, damage, or modifications by third parties.
Artikel 11 – Intellectual property and trademark protection
All content on the website, including but not limited to texts, images, designs, product names, and logos, is the property of Osoe Home B.V. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property rights.
The Osoe Home brand is protected and/or registered or pending registration in relevant jurisdictions, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Turkey.
It is prohibited without prior written permission to:
use the brand or logo
use confusingly similar names or branding
copy or commercially exploit content or designs
Osoe Home reserves the right to take legal action in case of infringement.
Artikel 12 – Liability
12.1 Osoe Home is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12.2 Liability is limited to the order amount, insofar as legally permitted.
Artikel 13 – Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
For consumers, mandatory provisions of the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Turkey remain applicable where required.
