RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

You are responsible for the return shipment and packaging. Please pack your return carefully to prevent damage during transit. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Please do not use the product packaging as the shipping box. Always place it inside a separate, sturdy shipping box.

START A RETURN

1. Click here to register your return.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the items you would like to return.
4. Choose your preferred carrier and pay the return shipping costs.
5. Pack your items carefully.
6. You can then drop off your return at the designated parcel point.

REFUND

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@osoehome.nl.

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm that it has arrived. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
