Overall, I am happy with my spice jars, although one did arrive chipped. I am certain this was not caused in transit, as the damage was located where the lid sits rather than from impact during shipping.
The products themselves are very aesthetically pleasing. However, I have placed four separate orders with this company and each time there has been an issue, mainly relating to quality control.
I love the look of the jars when they arrive, but the import tax to the UK was an unpleasant shock. I had to pay over £120 just to receive them. I felt this was not made clear on the website, and I have never had to pay this much before despite frequently purchasing from overseas retailers.
I really do love the products, but the quality varies from item to item. Given the high price point, I would expect consistently premium results. By the time I finish my pantry setup, I will have spent nearly £700, and I wish the quality matched that investment every time.
