Ramadan invites awareness. Through Eileen’s move to Lombok, the contrast became clear between how we live and the reality in Indonesia, the land of our grandparents.
With Ramadan approaching, the wish arose to do something meaningful here, from within the local community itself.
During Ramadan, Osoe donates 10% of its revenue to transparent local initiatives supporting people living with poverty and disabilities, and offers customers the option to make an additional donation through our website.
Previously, we supported organisations with our own funds that distribute food packages, provide sign language education for deaf children (photo), and support widowed grandmothers in remote mountain areas.
100% of all donations go directly to these organisations. No intermediaries. No deductions.
